By registering for IBWSS, you agree to:

I do hereby agree to release, waive, hold harmless, and discharge the host partners (U.S. Coast Guard and the National Safe Boating Council) and all representatives and volunteers, any involved government organizations, other organizations, and all others affiliated with the IBWSS from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury and including death, which may be sustained by participating in the conference.

I understand my IBWSS registration store order number (proof of registration) is required to access all conference programming and networking opportunities, which must be picked up from the registration desk. I understand that registering for IBWSS opts me in to receiving email updates about the conference.

Participation in the IBWSS gives authority to host partners to: (i) record my likeness and/or voice on a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic and any other medium; (ii) use, reproduce, exhibit and/or distribute such recordings in any medium (e.g., print productions, video, internet, etc.) for promotional, commercial, advertising, educational, and/or other lawful purposes. I release and waive any claims or rights of compensation or ownership regarding such uses and understands that all such recordings shall remain the property of the host partners.

I understand this release and waiver is binding upon my distributees, heirs, next of kin, executers, and administrators.
