PROGRAM: Diverse general and breakout sessions will cover a broad spectrum of national and international concerns focused on recreational boating and water safety – from boating to open water to pools. Attendees will be challenged, build partnerships, and gather ideas to take back into our communities around the world.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: IBWSS offers the opportunity to earn continuing education units. The National Safe Boating Council, host of the International Boating and Water Safety Summit, is a Certified Recreational Boating Professional (CRBP) Approved Course Provider, supporting the voluntary credential for recreational boating professionals developed by NASBLA. IBWSS VIRTUAL EXPO: Key boating and water safety exhibitors introduce attendees to current initiatives, products, and tools to help better accomplish their boating and water safety outreach goals. AWARDS: Shine the spotlight on the creative ways you’re communicating with the public about safety on and in the water. The IBWSS Communication Awards showcases outstanding outreach efforts of organizations, agencies, and groups who advocate for boating and water safety. Apply by February 15, 2021.
